DONT BE MAD… GET GLAD!

THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE THAT LOVES TO CONVERSATE WITH YOU THE MOMENT THEY ENTER YOUR CAR.  AND THEN YOU HAVE THE KIND OF PEOPLE THAT WOKE UP ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE BED GIVING YOU A HARD WAY TO GO MAKING YOUR JOB STRESSFUL. MY ADVICE IS JUST BE YOURSELF AND BE AS PROFESSIONAL AS YOU CAN BE. SAFELY TAKE THE RIDER TO THEIR DESTINATION WITH A SMILE ON YOUR FACE. ITS HARD TO PLEASE EVERYONE BUT AS LONG AS YOU DID WHAT YOU SUPPOSE TO DO ON YOUR END YOU SHOULD BE FINE. DONT BE INTIMIDATED BY FALSE LOW RATINGS.

It is possible to break the ice with a passenger who may seem to be having a bad day, I try to offer them a bottled water, or a mint, but before we take off, I smile, and ask them how are they today, most cases this has been successful. Smiling is important, because you never know what someone may be going through, and a smile may mean more to someone than you think. 😊
